2 Cups Unsweetened soy milk

½ cup Raw pumpkin seeds, unsalted

3 tbsp Granulated Onion

3 tbsp Granulated Garlic

2 tbsp Fresh mint, finely chopped

2 tbsp Fresh parsley, finely chopped

2 tbsp Chives, Thinly Sliced

2 tbsp Dill, Chopped

¼ cup Apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

3 tbsp Matriark Upcycled Vegetable Concentrate

1 ½ tbsp Paprika

1 tbsp Salt

½ tbsp Ground black pepper, course

1. In blender add soy milk, pumpkin seeds, granulated garlic, granulated onion, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, Matriark Upcycled Vegetable Broth Concentrate, and blend until smooth.

2. Place blended mixture in bowl and fold in remaining herbs, paprika and black pepper.
