1 oz Black Garlic Clove

2 qt “Just” Brand Mayo

¼ cup Dijon Mustard

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

2 tbsp Matriark Upcycled Vegetable Concentrate

1 tsp Salt

1. Using side of knife mash black garlic into paste.

2. Add mashed garlic to mixing bowl with mayo, Dijon mustard, lemon juice vegetable broth concentrate and whisk together.

3. Season with salt.
