Matriark x SIMPLi: Southwestern Salsa

An easy-to-make, savory, and sustainable Southwestern Salsa using Matriark's Upcycled Marinara Sauce and SIMPLi's Regenerative Organic Certified® Black Beans and Kidney Beans.

Ingredients:
1 white onion, chopped
1 cup Matriark Upcycled Marinara Sauce
1 cup SIMPLi Regenerative Organic Certified® Kidney Beans
1 cup SIMPLi Regenerative Organic Certified® Black Beans
½ cup corn
2 jalapeno peppers
1 lime, juiced
½ teaspoon salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
½ bunch cilantro, roughly chopped

Instructions:

Cook beans according to package and allow to cool. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine. Serve as a dip with your favorite tortilla chips, or on top of a salad!
