Carrot Ginger Dressing

Ingredients:
0.75 cups Matriark Foods Upcycled Vegetable Concentrate
5.7 fl oz Olive Oil
5.7 fl oz Rice Vinegar
2 fl oz Lime Juice, fresh
1 fl oz Honey
1 fl oz Sesame Oil, Toasted
1.5 cups Carrot, chopped
3 tbsp Ginger, peeled and chopped
1 tbsp Miso, White, low sodium
Instructions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend for 15 seconds on low cycle.
2. Pour dressing into a container, Cover and place into a refrigerator until service.
