Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients:
½ cup Olive Oil
2 Shallots or ½ onion (~½ cup), finely chopped
1 cup Baby Portabello mushrooms, finely chopped
½ cup All-purpose flour (sub rice flour for gf)
7.4 oz Matriark Upcycled Vegetable Concentrate
3 cup Water
1 tsp Soy Sauce
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Ground Pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat oil, brown shallots and mushrooms (~8 mins).
2. Sprinkle flour on top and stir (~4 mins).
3. Stir in Matriark Upcycled Vegetable Concentrate and water.
4. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
